Welcome to My Abstract World

My art is deeply rooted in the land, memory, and resilience. As a child, I found solace sitting quietly in the forest, listening to the whispers of the earth. That sense of connection and stillness continues to guide my work today. Through encaustic painting and sculpture, I transform raw, organic materials into visual narratives that speak to identity, loss, renewal, and strength. My hope is that as you explore my work, you will find a space to pause, reflect, and recharge—just as I once did beneath the trees.

I embrace the wabi-sabi philosophy—the beauty of imperfection, impermanence, and the natural cycles of time. My work celebrates the worn, the weathered, and the raw, finding meaning in cracks, layers, and organic textures. Through beeswax, fibers, and found materials, I explore the quiet elegance of decay and renewal, honoring the stories held within each surface. My art is an invitation to sit with these elements, to find harmony in the unfinished and appreciation in the fleeting.
